I was at Walgreens and saw a bottle of this for $12.99. The bottle stated to drink the mixture 4 times a day and do not eat, but if you do eat–eat clear soups, drink non-caffeniated tea. I wasn’t given any other food options and, as a result, I have been very weak the last 2 days. I could sense it was not working and decided to do a review search. My suspicion apparently is right. This is not a TRUE fast product; it is just something to drink while you starve yourself for 2 days. I do not recommend it.

I did this cleanse and it did not work. I would suggest that you don’t waste your money. I didnt do any research on it before I purchased it which was my first mistake. I did exactly as the bottle instructed which was that if you were going to eat then I needed to eat fruits, veggies and simple grains. I opted to eat only Fruits and Veggies. I did this for the 48 hours drinking the cleanse and plenty of water. It didnt work. I felt more bloated once it was over. The taste was horrible. It stated you could mix it with watered down juice. No matter what you mix it with it was all horrible. So my recommendation to you would be to save your money and try something else.
